Traveling is not just fun, it's therapeutic as well! If your feeling down and under the weather than go outdoors or better yet plan a trip to a national park. Take a breather and listen to the sound of the birds through the trees or watch the water go down the waterfall into the vast sea.

Traveling eases the mind!
Leaving your normal daily routine enables your body to re-energize itself. Traveling helps relive the mind of stress at home and allows you to return back to these issues with a calmer and
relaxed mind. Also when your somewhere you new, you become more observant which ends up leading to having a better perspective on the things around you.Taking this back to your normal life enables you to be a better thinker.

Think outside the Box!
Experiencing new places works the mind and stimulates it to a point where it starts to make new connections. Also, seeing new cultures opens your mind. When you go back home now you gained a new set of abilities. Your mind will become more innovative to new problems. Plus, going to another part of the world opens your eyes to issues that were already tackled, but you will be able to do that in a different and newly thought way.

Most importantly be HAPPY!
Being happy and taking deep breathes is the key to happiness, but when your stuck home or in the same place sometimes relaxing and thinking doesn't always come to mind. Being at work and juggling so many thoughts blocks the mind up. However, traveling liberates and frees the mind from all these stresses allowing you to be more happy. Also, after relieving all the stress you start to think clearer as well. Take all this happiness and bring it with you home and live life!
